What type of tote bags do you sell?
All our tote bags are made of 100% natural cotton, with chain-stitching on the interior and cross-stitching on the handles for added durability
Can I personalize my tote bag?
No. All our tote bags feature designs that express a passion for coffee
Are the tote bags water-resistant?
No. Since they are made of cotton fabric, they are not water-resistant
Can I wash my tote bag?
We do not recommend machine washing 100% cotton bags, as it may cause shrinkage of up to 10%. If the bag is very dirty, it's best to hand wash it in cold water, hang it to dry, and use an iron, avoiding the design area
How do I make a purchase?
Simply select the tote bag you like, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your payment with your preferred method
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No. You don’t need to register; you can opt for guest checkout. In this mode, we’ll only ask for the information necessary to process your order. However, we recommend registering to enhance your shopping experience and access exclusive benefits
How fast will my order ship?
We process all non-personalized orders placed before 12 PM ET (on non-holiday weekdays) within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays:

How can I track my order?
Once your order is completed, we will send all the information including the tracking number, to your email
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day. Delivery depends on our carriers and may be subject to weather delays
Can I return my tote bag if I'm not satisfied?
At The Coffee Tote, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it
What are the requirements to return my tote bag?
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
You can request an exchange by providing your online order number and proof of purchase
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange

Yes. At The Coffee Tote, we believe it’s possible to share a passion for coffee while respecting the environment by reducing the use of plastic bags
